Returns Policy – Advanced Dental Mantraa

We provide returns and replacements under the rules in this policy. Some products follow different return rules. Check the product page for the return window and conditions.

By using our website and buying from us, you agree to follow the policy shown below.

1. Return Window and What You Can Request

All Products

Return window: 10 days
Action: Replacement only

We may troubleshoot the issue through phone support or online tools.
If we confirm a defect within the 10-day window, we will send you a replacement of the same model at no extra cost.

If a product needs repeated rectification, we may charge a service fee based on our Terms and Conditions.

Some products cannot be returned under any condition.

2. Products That Cannot Be Returned

Products outside warranty or after 10 days

We do not accept returns after the 10-day window.
Returned products must include the original box, seal, and accessories.

Equipment

The following items are not eligible for returns:
Dental chairs, dental compressors, UV chambers, autoclaves, X-ray units, RVG sensors, model trimmers, OPG machines, CBCT machines, apex locators, endomotors, ultrasonic cleaners, scalers, micromotors, implant motors, physiodispensers, bleaching lights, curing lights, amalgamators.

Products used on patients

Items used directly in treatment cannot be returned.
This includes tooth creme or mousse, orthodontic trainers, water flossers, chin caps, headgear, face masks, and all other myofunctional appliances.

3. Return Pick-Up and Processing

If you want us to pick up your item from a different address, we will confirm if pick-up service is available at that location.

We check every returned item for the conditions below:

Complete Product

All accessories, free items, and combos must be included.

Unused Product

The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
No stains, no damage, and no tampered seals.

Undamaged Product

The product must not show signs of damage, scratches, dents, tears, or wear.

Undamaged Packaging

The original box or packaging must be intact and not damaged.

We complete the return process only after we receive and inspect the item.

4. Refunds

We process refunds within 7 days after we receive the returned product.

Prepaid Orders

We transfer the refund to the same bank account used for payment.

Cash on Delivery Orders

We credit the refund to your Dental Mantraa account balance.

If the manufacturer cannot provide a replacement due to stock or technical reasons, we will issue a refund through the original payment method.
