Shipping Policy
At Advance Dental Mantraa, we are committed to delivering your dental supplies safely, accurately, and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and dispatch orders across India.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation and dispatch notification via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
In rare cases where a product is temporarily out of stock or requires additional verification, our team will contact you within 24 hours to provide an update or offer an alternative.
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines vary based on your location and the courier partner assigned to your order:
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–6 business days
- Remote or Rural Areas: 6–10 business days
These timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee delivery on specific dates.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the following factors:
- Product weight and dimensions
- Delivery destination and pincode
- Courier partner availability in your area
The applicable shipping charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Free shipping is available on eligible orders as per active promotions — check the product page or banner for current offers.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and courier link via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
We are unable to modify the delivery route, courier partner, or estimated delivery date once the parcel is in transit.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts at your registered address. If delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable:
- The courier may attempt re-delivery on the following business day
- After repeated failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse
If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply for re-dispatch. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.
6. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive a parcel that is damaged, contains an incorrect product, or has missing items, please follow these steps immediately:
- Record a clear parcel opening video at the time of delivery — this is mandatory for all damage or discrepancy claims
- Take clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID, photos, and video
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy. Claims raised after 24 hours or without supporting evidence may not be accepted.
7. Delivery Delays & Lost Parcels
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeline or the tracking status has not updated for more than 3 business days, please contact us. We will:
- Raise an investigation with the courier partner on your behalf
- Provide you with a status update within 2–3 business days
If the courier confirms the parcel is lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund based on your preference and product availability.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address, pincode, and contact number provided at checkout are complete and accurate. Advance Dental Mantraa will not be responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Wrong pincode or landmark
- Incorrect phone number
- Locked or inaccessible premises during delivery
In such cases, reshipping charges will be borne by the customer. Address changes after dispatch are not possible.
9. International Shipping
At present, Advance Dental Mantraa ships within India only. We do not offer international shipping. If you are based outside India and wish to place a bulk or institutional order, please contact us directly to discuss available options.
