These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and customers of our platform. Please review them carefully before proceeding.

1. About Us

Advance Dental Mantraa is a professional dental supply e-commerce platform based in New Delhi, India. We supply a wide range of dental equipment, instruments, consumables, and materials to dental practitioners, clinics, and institutions across India. All products listed on our platform are sourced from verified manufacturers and authorised distributors.

2. Product Information & Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and up to date. However, minor variations in colour, packaging, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing updates or display differences.

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the one confirmed at the time of checkout.

3. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment verification and approval from our end. We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable
  • Incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable shipping address
  • Payment failure, chargeback, or suspected fraudulent activity

In the event of a cancellation initiated by us, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days. You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Post-dispatch cancellations are not accepted.

4. Payments

We accept multiple payment modes including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where applicable). All online transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your card details, banking credentials, or UPI PIN at any point.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across 500+ cities and towns in India. Delivery timelines vary based on your location, product availability, and courier partner operations. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative, not guaranteed.

Once an order is dispatched, delivery responsibility is transferred to our courier partner. In case of delays, damage in transit, or non-delivery, please contact us immediately and we will coordinate with the courier on your behalf. Shipping charges displayed at checkout are final unless stated otherwise.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

All return, replacement, and refund requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is published separately on this website. Please refer to that policy for complete details on eligibility, timelines, and the process.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, the following conditions apply:

  • A parcel opening video and clear photographs must be shared within 24 hours of delivery
  • All returned products will be inspected before a replacement or refund is approved
  • Items categorised as non-returnable cannot be returned under any circumstances

7. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may request a cancellation before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained. For prepaid orders confirmed for more than 3 days, cancellation may not be possible as the item may have already entered the processing or packaging stage. Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 3–5 working days.

8. Warranty & After-Sales Support

Warranty coverage, if applicable, is determined by the product category and the respective manufacturer's terms. Warranty service is facilitated in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and is not at the sole discretion of Advance Dental Mantraa. Products requiring frequent servicing or replacement parts may attract additional charges as per the manufacturer's service terms.

9. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any order placed through your account will be treated as a valid and authorised transaction, regardless of who initiated it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact us immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

Advance Dental Mantraa shall not be held liable for:

  • Any loss or damage arising from the misuse of products
  • Outcomes resulting from clinical application or medical procedures
  • Damage caused by improper installation, handling, or storage by the user
  • Delays or losses caused by courier partners or external logistical factors beyond our control

Our maximum liability in any case shall be limited to the value of the product(s) purchased in the relevant transaction.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
